  • What is Scrum?

    The Sprint Backlog consists of the Sprint Goal (What), the Product Backlog items selected for the Sprint (What), and an actionable plan for delivering the increment (How). The Sprint Backlog is the plan of work that developers will perform during the Sprint to achieve the Sprint Goal. An increment is a concrete step toward the product goal.
