Meetup with the GPM on 11.06.25

For several years now, we have been organizing a joint event with the Society for Project Management (GPM) Meetups at wibas in Darmstadt. This year's Meetup will take place on 11.06.25 from 4-8 pm in Darmstadt. This time, the GPM Agile Management specialist group will also be there. In addition to our impulses, they will also provide valuable insights into exciting topics.

A mix of impulses and in-depth workshops

Our lightweight agenda consists of 3 consecutive impulses on different topics as well as 3 in-depth workshops on these topics.

Impulse 1: Systematic agility: The Agile Management Maturity Map (AM3) as a strategic compass: Agnetha Flore, Managing Director of the Center for Digital Innovation Lower Saxony, will show you how to use the AM3 model to determine the maturity level of a company in six different dimensions.

Impulse 2: AI and agile: Helge Wild, Professor of Digital Business Engineering, Wilhelm Büchner University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt, presents current study results on the real use of AI in agile project management and presents which applications actually work and where the greatest benefits arise.

Impulse 3: Leadership in Complexity: Effective leadership in the 21st century: Caroline D. Haußmann & Frank Eberhard, senior executive consultants and executive coaches, talk about how leadership can succeed in complex times and what skills characterize successful leaders.
