AI Workshop Module 1: Prompting and Knowledge

The aim of the module is for you to understand the basics of using AI and to be able to design simple AI assistants;

In this module, you will learn how to design effective prompts that make the most of the power of AI models. Real-world examples will be discussed and practical exercises will be carried out. The focus is therefore on teaching the basics and advanced techniques in dealing with prompting strategies and knowledge management in AI systems:

  • Example: We show an example from the wibas context that works with generative AI.
  • Implementation of your own example: We discuss how AI can be integrated into organizations. Based on this discussion, you will design your own ideas that address your organizational needs. Whether you build a "chatable book", a "sparring partner for agility" or something completely different is up to you.
  • Playful learning by example: You need the basics to design your example. The development of a knowledge base as well as the creation of effective prompts are therefore part of this module.

Learning task: Between modules 1 and 2, you develop your prototype further

This intermediate phase is about the implementation and further development of your own AI assistant prototype on your own use case. The aim is for you to apply and practise the previously learned prompting techniques on your own example.

AI workshop module 2: Creating prototypes with external tools

The aim of the second module is to enable you to automate AI-supported workflows by integrating external tools into your AI assistant prototype. This will strengthen your ability to expand and customize your AI assistant independently;

Contents of the module:

  • Introduction to the integration of additional tools: Basics and advanced techniques.
  • Prototyping: Hands-on exercises to create automation workflows that combine AI with various external tools to develop efficient solutions for real-world business processes.
  • Practical example: Implementation of a joint use case to demonstrate the functionality and benefits. Development or further development of a prototype for an AI-controlled workflow.

AI workshop module 3: Future outlook and practical use cases

The final module awaits you:

  • Discussion about future developments in the field of AI and their impact on various industries: we develop forecasts for the development of AI in their specific areas of work and discuss how AI can influence future business and work processes
  • Presentation of real use cases and interaction with an AI consultant: Introduction to the wibas AI Advisor based on the Ultimate Scrum Guide 2.0including a practical demonstration.
