Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant (ASPC) 

ASPC certification is a prerequisite for trainers of advanced trainings.

Important: From December 2025, ASPC certification will be mandatory for trainers of advanced SAFe training courses such as "Lean Portfolio Management" (LPM) or "Release Train Engineer" (RTE).

Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant Certification Path

Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant (ASPC) includes:

• Writing Effective OKRs: A self-paced 'SAFe Skill' e-learning module, focusing on creating great OKRs (1h).
• Four instructor-led training modules, each lasting four hours:
• • Develop a transformation strategy: Turn your transformation vision into an actionable plan for success (4h).
  • Successful with Lean Portfolio Management: Accelerate the value flow in your organization with LPM (4h).
  • Inspiring managersPromoting the commitment of managers to Lean-Agile working methods (4h).
  • Driving continuous improvement: Building momentum and inspiration for lasting change (4h).
• A'Learning Lab' (4h) where participants demonstrate what they have learned in a cumulative assessment module:
• • Apply advanced SAFe skills on complex Enterprise scenarios
  • Demonstrate your mastery of advanced SPC concepts through scenario-based evaluations
  • Engage in peer-to-peer learning and receive actionable feedback from each other
