Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant (ASPC) includes:
- One self-paced e-learning 'SAFe Skill', Writing Effective OKRs, focused on the creation of great OKRs (1h).
- Four instructor-led training modules, each lasting four hours:
- Developing a Transformation Strategy: Map your transformation vision to an actionable plan for success (4h).
- Excelling with Lean Portfolio Management: Accelerate the flow of value in your organization with LPM (4h).
- Engaging Leaders: Foster leadership engagement for Lean-Agile ways of working (4h).
- Pursuing Relentless Improvement: Build momentum and inspire lasting change (4h).
- One 'Learning Lab' (4h), which serves as a scenario-based workshop, where participants will demonstrate what they have learned:
- Apply advanced SAFe skills on complex Enterprise scenarios
- Demonstrate your mastery of advanced SPC concepts through scenario-based evaluations
- Engage in peer-to-peer learning and receive actionable feedback from each other
Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant Certification
In this training you can obtain the Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant certification. To achieve this certification, all modules in the ASPC certification path, and a final exam must be successfully completed.
