We are at Medconf 2025 - Conference for medical technology

The MedConf 2025 will take place from May 6 to May 8, 2025 in Munich Unterhaching as a presence event and we will be there again. This year, the conference on software and device development in medical technology is taking place for the 18th time.

What is the MedConf about?

MedConf has since established itself as a technology hub and networking platform within the medical technology sector. Over the years, numerous new topics have been incorporated into the conference, ranging from device development and

-networking, safety & security, artificial intelligence, medical apps, agility in medical technology and laboratory automation.

Martina and Tina as intensive coaches

With the topic Agile Methods in Medical Technology: An Interactive Approach to Process Optimization , our experienced consultants Martina and Tina are offering an intensive coaching session on 07.05.25 from 11:45-13:25. An interactive simulation conducted as part of this intensive coaching session will show participants how different work processes affect team performance. The simulation is a hands-on experience of how the choice of process and the way of working together change the results. Participants take on the roles of a development team and go through different scenarios, each using different approaches to work. After each round, they reflect on their experiences and identify areas for improvement. Special emphasis is placed on the fact that teamwork is more decisive for success than individual skills.
