wibas evening meetups: Deliverable organizations from October 2024 - November 2025

At wibas, we have been working hard for many years to make our customers' organizations capable of delivering. In addition to the capability to deliver, customer centricity is also a decisive feature for the success of any company and strengthens long-term customer relationships and trust. We are taking this as an opportunity to launch a series of meetups in October 2024 on the topics of capability to deliver, customer centricity, effective corporate strategies, leadership development and much more.

The presenter: Caroline Haußmann

Caroline Haußmann is a Senior Agile Coach at wibas and has been supporting clients in agile transformations for many years. She is an expert in Scrum, agile organizational design and change management. Caroline is highly valued by her clients at management and employee level for her broad experience in dealing with complex issues.

The moderator: Frank Eberhard

Frank Eberhard is an enterprise coach and has been involved in agile transformations for many years. Building on project and management experience, two co-founded companies and numerous further training courses, he prefers to accompany people who want to shape their organization towards more self-determination, responsibility in the hands of employees, meaning and employee satisfaction.

What can I expect?

7 modules with our experts that focus on teaching you the characteristics of a delivery-ready organization.

Truly successful: customer centricity & sustainable delivery capability (31.10.24) - remote

The kick-off module is all about the question of how to ensure sustainable delivery capability and customer centricity - and therefore success on the market. What are the underlying principles and what does the Theory of Constraints have to do with it, for example? You will receive an answer to these questions on 31.10.24.

Genuinely successful: effective corporate strategy & portfolio management (13.02.25)

How does an effective corporate strategy and portfolio management contribute to delivery capability? How do methods such as OKR help to align the organization towards common goals and how do work-in-progress limits ensure that strategic projects are implemented quickly? You will receive answers to these questions on 13.02.25.

Truly successful: product and service strategies & value stream orientation (03.04.25)

A clear, shared product vision, prioritized product functionalities and an efficient process and organizational structure adapted to the products and value streams are factors that have a positive impact on an organization's ability to deliver. Paying attention to these ensures that customers are satisfied and waste is avoided.

Really successful: Coordinated, goal-oriented, cross-team collaboration (22.05.25)

Good, cross-team collaboration is characterized by a common focus on a product goal and the handling of dependencies. Good team coordination ensures that friction losses are avoided and dependencies do not lead to waiting times in order to increase the outcome.

Truly successful: leadership & management at all levels & positive corporate culture (03.07.25)

In order to lead efficiently, leadership skills should be available for a lean & agile environment or for a classic environment, depending on the context. We get to the bottom of this. We also find answers to the question: what is culture? What kind of culture is needed for a delivery-capable and customer-centric organization? And above all: how does cultural change work?

Really successful: delivery capability under given conditions (25.09.25)

Certain market requirements, standards, laws and regulations can be an obstacle to moving towards sustainable supply capability. Changes could be prevented because they involve the risk of no longer fulfilling the regulations. This module is about how you can deal with them in a changing environment and what attitude you should adopt.

Really successful: practiced responsiveness & Ask-Me-Anything (20.11.25)

Rapid adaptation of strategy, products and services to changing market situations is essential in order to be able to deliver in the long term. How can this be practiced in order to be able to react flexibly to the market? With these questions and an Ask-Me-Anything session, we conclude this Meetup series.
