On Tuesday, 20.05.25, it's time again: our Meetup Agility in the development and production of physical products, which we held for the first time last year with many participants, will take place for the second time this year. It starts at 1 pm - we end with a joint dinner at 6 pm.
Interactive with valuable impulses
As always, it will be interactive and you can get involved with your questions and challenges. In open space and plenary sessions, we will discuss questions such as:
- What does agility look like in the development of physical products?
- How can cross-functional teams be created when there are only a few specialists?
- How does an agile product development process (PDP) work?
and many more.
In addition, our SPCT Simon Porro will give a keynote on the topic Accelerating Hardware Development: Lean-Agile Practices from the Field . Within this he will present 8 agile principles and practices to accelerate hardware development. These lean & agile practices form a cornerstone of the operating model of innovative companies in the automotive and aerospace industries, which are now outperforming the German industry in terms of speed to market, quality, price and customer satisfaction.
The key data
The Meetup will take place from 1-6 pm at wibas in Darmstadt. Look forward to good snacks and drinks and a coffee bar in our modern New Work premises. If you feel like it, you are welcome to stay afterwards for a pizza and a refreshing drink or two.
The Meetup is a great opportunity to share experiences, collaborate on solutions to your specific challenges and gain deeper insights into best practices. You can also network with like-minded people and make new contacts in a relaxed atmosphere.
Events
There are a number of opportunities to engage in discussions with us. In addition to regular participation in conferences and trade fairs, numerous meetups take place at wibas. These will be announced here and we look forward to numerous discussions and valuable exchanges.
