The Meetup is about the question: What responsibility do I actually take on in the agile transformer? Or my personal path to change! Together we will look at who takes responsibility for what in the agile transformer. And we look at what development paths there are for personal growth. We will also use the Agile Coaching Growth Wheel - a tool for coaches, scrum masters and managers.
