    We wibas consultants like to explain change as a movement: Change begins with a clear understanding of the current state, the status quo (1.). This sets the starting point from which we move forward; But where is the journey going? A clearly defined goal (2.) with high relevance for the company not only gives us a direction, but also a reason for change.

    At wibas, we believe that it takes many "ingredients" to make a change successful. We use this visualization to think about the "success factors of change" in everyday life: The scene shows the importance of a collaborative and inclusive approach to transformation, based on clear expectations, regular communication and supportive leadership.
