The Agile Manifesto still exists today in its original form; at wibas, we now summarize the twelve principles into five. In addition, different agile frameworks bring their own values or principles.

For this very purpose, wibas has a company-wide daily (similar to the Scrum of Scrums), where representatives from different teams are present. Currently, there is a good example where the team has reached its limits: The team was not able to provide technical support for six parallel training courses at the same time. The team noticed this bottleneck early on and made it transparent.

Malte: I am not sure if that is true because we, wibas, are typically called from the executive suite. So there are two levels of the organizations who really want to change things. And I believe that the top executive suite is not only calling because they want to earn more money but they really care about the structure. What do they call and say?
