  • What is Scaled Agile?

  • What is an Agility Master?

It is helpful if several Agility Masters together form an Agility Master Team. The Agility Masters then meet regularly to discuss how to resolve organizational impediments, to share good practices, and to establish a common, organization-wide understanding of Agile work.

  • Agile strategy development

All those involved - in the case of strategy work, especially the managers - experience first-hand what it can mean to work in an agile manner. The participants multiply agility already during the process. This leads to agility spreading throughout the company "by the way".

  • What is agility, anyway?
