For many years, Astrid has been supporting teams in introducing Scrum, Kanban and mixtures of both – Scrumban. It is important to Astrid to meet the organization or team where it is and to appreciate what has been achieved. The challenge is then to find an individual solution and introduce it in appropriate steps. Frameworks and standards are taken into account and adapted to requirements.
She works as a coach and trainer for the topics of Scrum and Kanban. As an AKT (Accredited Kanban Trainer), she can award Kanban University certificates for Kanban System Design (KSD) and Kanban Systems Improvement (KSI) to participants in her Kanban training courses. Further training content includes Train the Trainer and Agile Attitude.
Since 2010, she has gained a lot of experience for wibas in advising on projects, introducing agile working methods and supporting so-called “difficult teams”.
Astrid Meyer studied mathematics and computer science. During her work as a project manager and manager, she received extensive training in the topics of (project) management, coaching, team leadership and sustainable, healthy work.
