Designing Agile Organizations as a Leader
In this interactive workshop-based training course, you will learn about agile principles and methods. You will learn how leadership works in an agile context and how you can use agile techniques for your own leadership work. You will also learn the difference between being agile and acting agile. You will question traditional leadership tools, reflect on your own leadership behavior - and how it contributes to agile goals - and work together to develop alternatives for an agile environment. You will be given the right tools to work with your teams on topics such as empowerment and self-organization.
