Q&A
What is Design Thinking?
Design thinking is a creative process for new ideas. Agile teams use this method to trigger innovations, develop new ideas and solve problems. The result is solutions that really inspire customers.
How does design thinking work?
Step 1: To find a suitable idea, try to find out in the first phase what problem you want to solve with the help of design thinking. To do this, select a suitable target group and observe them in their natural environment.
Step 2: In order to get customer feedback quickly, you need to build a prototype as quickly as possible. There are different approaches here: Sometimes it makes sense to open up solution spaces and then consolidate them. Instead of a perfect solution, however, the ultimate goal is to get quick feedback.
Step 3: To validate results, observe how your target group reacts to your solution. From these insights, you develop further new ideas for your final product.
