We offer you an individual and targeted introduction to SAFe and Scaled Agile. We focus on your specific questions and requirements in order to apply the elements of the Scaled Agile Frameworks Identify issues that are relevant to your organization.
In a preliminary meeting, we discuss your requirements and questions. Based on this, we create a customized program that is tailored exactly to your needs. You decide whether you want an overview of SAFe or a more in-depth introduction - or whether you also want to explore other frameworks such as Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) would like to get to know.
