What our agile coaches do
Whether medium-sized companies or DAX corporations, whether entire organizations or individual teams - throughout Germany and beyond, we support our customers in adapting and living agile working for themselves. Agile coaches accompany agile transformations and bring in agile and change management know-how.
Why wibas?
We design modern working environments and working environments of the future. We marry knowledge on "How does organizational change work?" with expertise on Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Lean and Scaling, providing clients with knowledge and orientation. We find: Agile coaches are only good coaches if they live through this change together with the customer. This is important to us.
What should you bring to the table as an agile coach? And what can you do with us?
Let's formulate it as a user story: "As an agile coach, I support our customers with consulting, training and coaching on agility and change so that they can better overcome challenges such as VUCA or digitalization." It doesn't matter what exact tasks you have implemented in your agile experience so far, as long as they contribute to the story. That's exactly what you'll do at wibas. As an agile coach, you will drive the agilization of our customers. You will accompany teams on their first steps with coaching and training, design and lead workshops with various stakeholders and act as a sparring partner for strategic issues. All based on transformation knowledge, experience and your flair for sensitizing people to topics such as communication, leadership and training. You create the basis for a learning organization: you promote mindsets and attitudes in which agile values and principles are anchored. You work closely with colleagues from wibas - and really make a difference. ;
