With our Masterclass High Performance Organizations we pursue an overarching goal: From practice for practice As a group in our Masterclass, we look together at cases from your practice and develop suitable solution ideas based on what we have learned and our experience. Our attitude here is that it is precisely through these insights into organizations and different designs that we can most effectively develop the patterns of suitable organizational design.
Who is the Masterclass High PErformance Organizations suitable for?
If you are working in your role as a manager, organizational developer, agile coach or internal organizational consultant to improve your organization's ability to deliver, you have come to the right place.
In 7 webinars (1.5h each) on the off-peak hours of your working day, we provide you with basic knowledge on design principles of High Performance organizations. The subsequent practical module builds on this. These are 2 intensive days in presence, in which you and the other participants transfer the knowledge into your own business practice, analyze and work on real case studies based on the design principles taught and we learn together and from each other.
