Summary
During the Tactical Product Backlog refinement the tactical requirements, (that is the Features in the Tactical Product Backlog) are improved and detailed.
Description
The Tactical Product Backlog refinement adds details, estimates and order to the tactical requirements (features) in the Tactical Product Backlog. This is an ongoing process. In several sessions the Product Owner, together with Team representatives and the Team Product Owner, develops the Tactical Product Backlog. In other sessions the Product Owner involve Stakeholders to gain insights and new requirements for the product or service.
Duration: 5% of the effort of a stage.
