Joint Sprint Review
Description
Both in a joint cycle as well as in stages, it is important to perform regularly inspect the joint result of all teams. For this we use a Joint Sprint Review, which takes place at the end of each Sprint.
The Joint Sprint Review is carried out to verify the collective result of all Team at the end of a Sprint and adapt the product backlog as needed.
The teams carry out the results with a focus on the Sprint Goal according to the "Definition of Done" before. The Product Owner, the Team Product Owner, the Development team and the Stakeholder to discuss the results of the current Sprints and what to do next. This information is processed in the next Team Product Backlog Refinement. In the final sprint the teams execute a Stage Review instead of a Joint Sprint Review .
Duration: 1 hour for each sprint week
